Have taken all my cats and dogs there for years. From minor to major illnesses they have always been wonderful, Kim has helped us so much and is highly knowledgeable. My dog and my cats are my children and I know I can trust Kim to care for them well

Cheaper than most places however the receptionist team show limited competence every-time I need my prescription sent off to the medical supplier. Every-time it’s an attempt to money grab— understandable most vets try rip you off. The constant “I will call you back” and never do, claims to have sent the prescription but I need to call 3-4 times to pressure them to actually send it. Horrible experience every-time. Never had problems until this. The team need better communication amongst themselves and with customers on procedure.
