We can’t thank the team at Penstone Vets enough for saving our 10-year-old Cavalier. She was suffering from pyometra that had unfortunately been misdiagnosed by the out-of-hours vets in Staines, and by the time Penstone saw her the odds of survival were incredibly slim. The vets acted quickly and performed emergency surgery that truly saved her life. It was an anxious time for us and a long recovery for her, but the care, skill, and dedication from the entire team made all the difference. They kept us informed, treated her with such compassion, and gave her the best possible chance. Today she’s fully recovered and you’d never know she had ever been so ill. We’re beyond grateful to the team for giving us more precious time with our much-loved dog. Thank you for everything you did.

I have not physically brought my kitten in to this vet as I’m signed up to a pet plan with another vet. I was after a second opinion and it is clear the vet is not only knowledgeable but shows care. I will be transferring to this vet once my contract with my current vet finishes!

Kind knowledgeable vets. Duke is 9 and went in to have his teeth cleaned. He was looked after so well and once it was done I received a text to say what time to pick him up. Very efficient. THANK YOU
