Awful vets - receptionist and some of the staff are sometimes friendly and willing to help but the overall running of the practice is a joke. They charge 19.99 for a prescription for any medication that a pet needs so it can be bought elsewhere - they won't provide the prescription to the owner directly and only provide it directly to an online company that they're affiliated with so it can be bought from them. Moreover, they charge per medication rather than per condition so if your pet has arthritis for example and needs more than one medication for this, be prepared to fork out 19.99 per medicine needed. Not to worry though because it's 2024 and have managed to source the required medication internationally at a very very reasonable rate - it goes without saying the vets abroad were shocked to hear about the pricing and running of practices in the UK. If anyone needs any medication for their loved ones and may be struggling, have a look online! #standuptovets

Took our cat Ross here today for his annual booster and on the journey from Elliman Avenue he was sick and had a poo in his box. The Asian vet didn't complain, he cleaned up the cat and the box , gave the cat his booster and we left. Brilliant service, with a vet who went above and beyond to help us. This really is a family vets. 5 Stars

We’ve had cats for over 15 years and have never come across a veterinary team like this. What truly sets them apart is that they never give up on their patients. Throughout our cat (Theodore’s) complex urinary issues, they were relentless in pursuing answers, even when previous vets hadn’t identified the problem. Their persistence led to specialist imaging, which finally revealed a stone that had been missed, making the PU surgery possible and ultimately saving our cat’s life. The vets, nurses, and entire team were consistently professional, thorough, and compassionate. Their dedication, expertise, and refusal to give up make them extraordinary. We are deeply grateful for everything they did and would recommend them without hesitation.

Best Vet ever. My cats were always in the best hands. Also I got my sweet cat Nino from here as a rescue kitten. He ist still with me and means the world to me. He is now 13 years old. If I would still be in the UK, I would only trust this vet with my little Angels.

5 star service every time! I don’t have anything but great things to say about this veterinary clinic. Our cat has always been well looked after and all the vets are brilliant. A special shout out to Ash, who gave us amazing advice on our cat’s cryptorchidism and took the time to give us a call to explain what happened during the surgery and confirm he was fine post surgery. I am so glad I choose to go this independent clinic, as you can see the care and compassion shown by all those at the practice. They truly care about your pets and the prices are very reasonable, especially on the pet plan offered. They only charge you what you need - they are guided by necessity not maximising profits.

My dog loves to go to the vets because of the people that work here 😂 on the way back from our morning walks, it has become customary for Maya to automatically turn into Family Friends vets, say hi to all the staff, get cuddles and a treat from them and then walk out a very happy puppy!
