We’ve had cats for over 15 years and have never come across a veterinary team like this. What truly sets them apart is that they never give up on their patients. Throughout our cat (Theodore’s) complex urinary issues, they were relentless in pursuing answers, even when previous vets hadn’t identified the problem. Their persistence led to specialist imaging, which finally revealed a stone that had been missed, making the PU surgery possible and ultimately saving our cat’s life. The vets, nurses, and entire team were consistently professional, thorough, and compassionate. Their dedication, expertise, and refusal to give up make them extraordinary. We are deeply grateful for everything they did and would recommend them without hesitation.

Best Vet ever. My cats were always in the best hands. Also I got my sweet cat Nino from here as a rescue kitten. He ist still with me and means the world to me. He is now 13 years old. If I would still be in the UK, I would only trust this vet with my little Angels.

5 star service every time! I don’t have anything but great things to say about this veterinary clinic. Our cat has always been well looked after and all the vets are brilliant. A special shout out to Ash, who gave us amazing advice on our cat’s cryptorchidism and took the time to give us a call to explain what happened during the surgery and confirm he was fine post surgery. I am so glad I choose to go this independent clinic, as you can see the care and compassion shown by all those at the practice. They truly care about your pets and the prices are very reasonable, especially on the pet plan offered. They only charge you what you need - they are guided by necessity not maximising profits.

My dog loves to go to the vets because of the people that work here 😂 on the way back from our morning walks, it has become customary for Maya to automatically turn into Family Friends vets, say hi to all the staff, get cuddles and a treat from them and then walk out a very happy puppy!

Amazing vets, we have been coming here for 8 years, they looked after our late Ivy and now our nervous staffy Ronnie. Steven was so good with Ronnie yesterday and we can’t thank him enough, brilliant vet. Reception staff are lovely as well.

They are amazing at this Vets, they have looked after my dog for 15 years and we could not have wished for better care and love. They came to our home when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog and made the whole process as easy as it could be given the sad circumstances. A big thank you from Lily and my family for taking good care of us.

Every time I call to make an appointment I feel like everyone knows me and my cats. The receptionists are always so sweet and friendly. The vets are very compassionate and will listen to your concerns, and feel more knowledgeable than the others I’ve seen. Thank you Family Friends Vets for taking such good care of my cats. I have to say, we have been with Family Friends Vets for 3/4 years now and they are absolutely amazing! Their staff are ALL so caring, professional, empathetic and kind. The staff at reception, the nurses and the vets are all so very brilliant at what they do. We’ve not always had the best experiences elsewhere so we feel very lucky to have found these guys and only be a few mins drive away from them. If you’re reading this, I hope your vet is fit and healthy but if you do need them to be checked up for whatever reason, please please choose Family Friends Vets, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you guys for all you’ve done for Rocco. We will forever appreciate you all! ♥️😊
